Heranba Industries Limited has acquired Industrial Shed No-A/2211 measuring 2,702 square meter adjacent to Manufacturing Unit II of the company located at Plot No. A-2/2214, A-2/2215, III Phase GIDC, Vapi, Gujarat.

Heranba has a Manufacturing Unit-II at Vapi and it was seeking to acquire additional assets adjacent to this Unit-II to enhance its production capacity as well as upgrade its environmental pollution control facilities.

Commenting on this development, R. K. Shetty, Managing Director, Heranba said, “This acquisition will enable the company to enhance production capacity as well as upgrade the environmental pollution control facilities of Unit II. We will renovate and merge this Industrial Shed with Unit II." 

He further said that necessary applications will be filed with the relevant authorities for obtaining their approval for the purposes described above.

Heranba is a leading agrochemical company in India and its mission is to improve crop productivity and public health. The company manufactures Synthetic Pyrethroids and their intermediates in India. It has four manufacturing facilities across India and has an employee strength of 650.
