Indo Amines has sought environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment and Forest to expand its plant capacity at Tundav. The company plans to increase the production of fatty amines and derivatives. The estimated cost of the expansion is Rs 4 crore.

The company has submitted all details to the ministry stating that the site comply all norms set by the government. According to the company, a full fledged effluent treatment plant is available for the treatment of waste water of existing and proposed product.
