INEOS Enterprises has completed the $190 million sale of INEOS Calabrian, its ultra-pure sulphur dioxide and derivatives business, to Ecovyst, finalising a strategic divestment first announced in May 2026.
 
c. INEOS Calabrian operates manufacturing facilities in Port Neches, Texas, and Timmins, Ontario.
 
Calabrian has been part of INEOS Enterprises for the past decade. During that time, the business achieved significant gains in safety, operational performance and financial results.
