M. Holland and Honeywell expanded partnership

Under this partnership, M. Holland and Honeywell will be expanding their nylon distribution to include flexible packaging applications.

Leading distributor of thermoplastic resin, M. Holland Company, has expanded partnership with global supplier Honeywell Resins and Chemicals.  Under this partnership, M. Holland and Honeywell will be expanding their nylon distribution to include flexible packaging applications.  M. Holland and Honeywell have been partners in distributing nylon for the past several years, primarily in the compounding markets.

"We are excited to expand our partnership with Honeywell. This gives us a complete set of resins to combine for various functional requirements, allowing us to become a 'one-stop-shop' for our customers who make high performance films," commented Vice-President of Film Development Rudy Bourgeois.  "This includes skin layers for sealing and strength properties, core layers for barrier and strength properties, and tie layers to bind them together."

M. Holland Company maintains a broad product portfolio to offer the film industry.  In addition to Honeywell 6 and 6/6,6 nylons, the current film resin portfolio includes product categories such as LDPE, EVA, EMA, EBA, LLDPE, LLDPEm (elastomers and plastomers), HDPE, HMW HDPE, PP metallocene, PP, COP, RCP, SBC, Tie layer resins, among other specialties specifically designed for flexible packaging applications.
