MBCC to acquire TPH bausysteme

With the acquisition, MBCC Group will enlarge its portfolio in acrylates and polyurethane.

MBCC Group, one of the leading suppliers of construction chemicals and solutions worldwide, and TPH Bausysteme (TPH), signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of TPH by MBCC Group.

 

With the acquisition, MBCC Group will enlarge its portfolio in acrylates and polyurethanes for ground consolidation and waterproofing solutions within its underground construction business.

 

TPH is a Germany-based global supplier of products and systems for injection technology, joint sealing and bonding, concrete renovation and surface protection, as well as systems for tunnel construction and civil engineering. The company offers its innovative products and solutions to customers in approximately 50 countries. Operations are comprised of the headquarters and production facility in Norderstedt, Germany, as well as warehouses and sales offices in Europe and Asia.
