N. Suresh Krishnan has completed his tenure of 5 years as Managing Director (MD) of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (MCFL) as on 31st December 2020.

Accordingly, with effect from January 1, 2021, N. Suresh Krishnan ceased to be the Managing Director of the MCFL however, he continues to be a Non-Executive Director of the company.

The composition of the new Board of Directors of the company with effect from January 1, 2021 are: Akshay Poddar, Non-Executive Director & Chairman; N. Suresh Krishnan, Non-Executive Director; D. A. Prasanna, Independent Director; Dipankar Chatterji, Independent Director; Rita Menon, Independent Director; and K. Prabhakar Rao, Director - Works (Whole Time Director).
