Navin Fluorine profit rises amid falling sales

Sales decline 14.55% to Rs 214.95 crore

Navin Flurorine International Ltd reported steady rise in profits in Q2 FY21 where as the sales dropped on account of COVID-19 situation. 
 
Company's net profit rose by 29.88% YoY and stood to Rs 56.03 crore as against Rs 43.14 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2019. 
 
In Q2 FY21, the company reported drop in sales by 14.55% and the revenues stood Rs 214.95 crore versus Rs 251.55 crore in the corresponding perid of the previous year.
 
In another development, the company announced to complete the manufacturing of High-performance Product (HPP) plant in Dahej by end of 2022 which is being developed with a capex of Rs. 436 crore.
