Navin Fluorine transfers Dahej facility to its JV with Piramal

The transfer has been made with effect from December 1, 2017

In a recent development Navin Fluorine International has announced the transfer of its Specialty Fluorochemicals facility in Dahej to Convergence Chemicals, a joint venture company between Navin Fluorine International and Piramal Enterprises. The transfer has been made with effect from December 1, 2017.

In an official announcement the company has said that the business relating to the manufacture and sale of Specialty Fluorochemicals being conducted at Dahej is being transferred to Convergence Chemicals as a going concern together with all the identified assets, liabilities, consents, permission etc on a slump sale basis at net book value of that business undertaking.
