Sharda Cropchem is the brainchild of RV Bubna, a chemical engineer from IIT Bombay. He together with Sharda R Bubna commenced business operations through their sole proprietorship concerns Sharda International in 1987 and Bubna Enterprises in 1989 respectively. The company is engaged in the marketing and distribution of a wide range of formulations and generic active ingredients globally. The company has also recently entered into the biocide segment and has acquired several registrations from the existing registration holders, primarily, in Europe.
Sharda, with it's network of suppliers and it's presence worldwide, is also catering to customer needs for organic and inorganic chemicals, spread over a variety of industries. The main industries that the company is currently catering to are: Water treatment; food & food ingredients; and other industrial applications.
