Rochester Midland Corporation, a leading provider of route-based technical services and specialty chemical products, has announced the acquisition of ClarityChem, a NY–based provider of integrated commercial, institutional, and industrial water treatment solutions.
ClarityChem brings more than 30 years of experience delivering water treatment programs for boilers, cooling systems, biocides, closed-loop systems, wastewater treatment, and odor control. The company also provides consultative services across industrial and municipal wastewater systems, including full-scale system design, product sourcing, and program implementation.
