Distil, an R&D-driven specialty chemicals platform, has announced a strategic commercial agreement with Rubamin Private Limited, a prominent global producer of Zinc compounds with over 50,000 MTPA capacity.

Under this partnership, Distil will act as the exclusive co-development, marketing, and distribution partner for Rubamin’s high-performance Zinc Oxide powders, dispersions, and derivatives throughout the United States and Canada.

The collaboration combines Rubamin’s world-class manufacturing with Distil’s specialized application R&D and distribution geared for global supply chains. The partnership focuses on supplying Zinc derivatives for sun-care, cosmetics and over the counter (OTC) pharmaceutical applications, ensuring compliance with stringent U.S. FDA and GMP standards.
