Sunil Sethy ceases to be Managing Director & Director of Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited with effect from 1st August, 2020 upon completion of his term. He had joined as the MD of Zuari Agro in 2017. 

Last month, the company while presenting its financial performance for March 2020 (Q4 FY20) period ending, announced that, after the year-end, the Morocco-based OCP Group expressed an interest to invest in Zuari Farmhub Limited (ZFL) of $46.5M in ZFL, subject to the completion of confirmatory due diligence by OCP. The company has accepted the offer.

Zuari Agro is the flagship company of Adventz Group and leading the agriculture vertical of the Group, under the leadership of Saroj Kumar Poddar. The company enables agricultural self sufficiency and economic independence by providing fertilisers that are both affordable and effective.
