TANFAC shuts down plant for annual maintenance

The company had started replacement of one of the main equipments in the said plant which is expected to take further 30 to 40 days to complete the installation and resume production.

TANFAC Industries Ltd has announced that the company's plant located at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, has been temporarily shut down for regular annual maintenance since 4th February 2021.

 

Upon completion of regular annual maintenance, the company had started replacement of one of the main equipments in the said plant which is expected to take further 30 to 40 days to complete the installation and resume production.

 

The above installation does not add any addition to the installed capacity.

 

Tanfac is engaged in the manufacture of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid, oleum, aluminium fluoride, potassium fluoride, potassium bifluoride, boron trifluoride complexes, calcium sulphate (Gypsum), isobutyl acetophenone, acetic acid, peracetic acid and poly aluminium chloride, etc.
