Zuari Agro Chemicals resumes operation of Goa plant

Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd (ZACL) has commenced operations at its NPK-A plant in Goa from April 22, 2020.
 
The company had earlier shut down operations due to the prevailing unprecedented circumstances caused by the COVID-19 and ongoing advisories by the Goa State Government on complete lockdown.
 
Under the new guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for the extended lockdown period up to May 3, the government, private industries and industrial establishments operating in rural areas, outside the limits of municipal corporations and municipalities, have been allowed to run from April 20.
 
ZACL is a single-window agricultural solution provider based out of India which enables agricultural selfsufficiency and economic independence by providing fertilisers that are both affordable and effective.
