Zuari shuts down ammonia and urea plants for maintenance

The ammonia and urea plants of Zuari Agro Chemicals have been shutdown for annual maintenance

The ammonia and urea plants of Zuari Agro Chemicals have been shutdown for annual maintenance effective today i.e. 3rd May, 2021.

Zuari's fertilizer plant has an annual installed capacity of 9,46,000 metric tonnes of fertilizer. The entire manufacturing facility located in Goa comprises of four separate plants, namely Ammonia, Urea, NPK A and NPK B. The plants employ the latest in pipe-reactor technology and are based on the slurry granulation process.
