Black Box Limited and AIONOS have announced a strategic alliance aimed at accelerating enterprise AI transformation—from core infrastructure build-outs to measurable business outcomes.

The partnership brings together Black Box’s strengths in digital infrastructure—spanning data centers, network connectivity, modern workplace solutions, and managed services—with AIONOS’s applied AI platforms and domain-led solutions.

The combined offering is designed to help enterprises build, deploy, and manage AI systems with security and resilience embedded across every layer of the stack.

CP Gurnani, Co-Founder & Vice Chairman, AIONOS said, "India is at an extraordinary inflection point. We are not just consuming AI, we are building it, exporting it, and setting the agenda for how the world deploys intelligent technology at scale.

"This alliance between AIONOS and Black Box is a direct expression of that belief. Black Box brings the digital infrastructure engine spanning data centers, enterprise networks, and IoT across 35+ countries, and together we cover the entire journey from the physical layer to the AI application layer."

The companies will jointly develop industry-specific solutions and expand go-to-market efforts across India, North America, EMEA, and APAC.

In India, a major focus will be the fast-growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem, where the alliance aims to help enterprises build AI-ready infrastructure, deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, and run intelligent, scalable operations aligned with global parent organizations.

Sanjeev Verma, President & CEO, Black Box said, “AI transformation begins with a strong digital foundation, and Black Box enables that foundation through mission-critical infrastructure, connectivity, and managed services that power enterprise operations worldwide.

"Combined with AIONOS's applied AI platforms and domain expertise, we can help organizations move from AI ambition to AI at scale, connecting infrastructure, operations, and intelligence to create measurable business value."

For enterprises, the alliance promises a unified route to AI adoption across the full technology stack—from digital infrastructure and OT/IoT connectivity to industry-specific AI solutions—while embedding security, resilience, and governance at every stage.

The focus is firmly on outcomes: productivity gains, cost optimization, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation, delivered through a single end-to-end model.

"Enterprises do not need more AI ambition. They need a partner who can make AI real across their entire business. That is exactly what this alliance is built for," said COO Simmi Dhameja.
