Cosmo First Limited, a global leader in specialty films for packaging, lamination, labelling, and synthetic paper, has embarked on a transformative journey by adopting Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud to build a next-generation, AI-ready data platform. This strategic move modernizes legacy systems, optimizes operations, and streamlines data workflows across the company’s five business units, enabling real-time insights and more informed, data-driven decisions.
Prior to implementing Snowflake, Cosmo First faced challenges with siloed data spread across multiple environments, which hampered centralized reporting, delayed data access, and restricted cross-functional analytics. The adoption of Snowflake has significantly transformed Cosmo First’s data operations, resulting in a 75 per cent reduction in infrastructure and maintenance costs by decommissioning legacy data warehouses. Furthermore, data preparation efforts for analytics and data science have decreased by over 80 per cent, enabling faster insights, improved reporting speed, and greater operational agility. Sales and marketing teams now access rapid customer insights and campaign analytics, data science teams enjoy clean, structured data for model deployment, and leadership benefits from real-time reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
