DCW, one of India’s oldest chemical manufacturers, has taken a decisive step towards digital transformation, deploying the AI-powered Brabo Platform by Solulever at its Dhrangadhra facility. The move signals a sharp shift toward data-first operations, with early results already delivering tangible gains.
The implementation marks a breakthrough in how the company monitors and manages critical equipment. Powered by advanced analytics and machine learning, the Brabo Platform provides real-time performance visibility, flags anomalies before they escalate, and delivers deep diagnostic insights—ushering in a new era of asset intelligence.
The impact has been immediate. In its first phase alone, the deployment has driven more than a 2% efficiency improvement, cutting costs through smarter energy and resource use. By replacing fragmented data signals with predictive insights, DCW has accelerated fault detection, reduced inefficiencies, and strengthened day-to-day operational decisions.
"The success of this deployment has exceeded expectations. The visibility we now have into our critical equipment allows us to act with precision and foresight. Brabo has helped our teams go from guesswork to clarity, from reactive to intelligent," said Bhagwat Patil, Chief Technology Officer, DCW.
Beyond performance gains, the rollout underscores a broader strategic shift. Built on a modular edge-to-cloud architecture, the Brabo Platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems, enabling DCW to unify and contextualise industrial data without disrupting ongoing operations—laying the groundwork for future expansion.
"This deployment is not just a technological milestone — it's a proof point for scalable industrial innovation. We're proud to support DCW Ltd. in its future-focused vision and excited about the journey ahead," said Akash Deep Sharma, CEO, Solulever.
Following the success at its Mumbai-linked operations, DCW and Solulever are now preparing to scale the platform across additional sites—doubling down on intelligent, sustainable manufacturing at scale.
