IOCL partners with tech startup Algo8 to build AI-based digital twin

Indian Oil Corp Limited has partnered with Algo8 AI to build the AI Based Digital Twin for their Flagship IOCL FCCU Technology “IndMax”.
 
This will be a joint R&D initiative with the potential of becoming the Go To Choice for cyber physical systems for refinery units.
 
Seeing our repeated success and robustness in Predicitve Maintenance of Rotary and Static Assets as well as Process AI solutions for various units with multiple refineries and petrochemical companies, IOCL Startup Scheme chose us out of 834 Applications from all over India, stated Algo8's LinkedIn update.
 
Both IOCL and Algo8 see this as a major step towards building Indigenous end to end cyber physical technology capability which has immense scale up potential.
