Rockwell Automation, a leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, will work with Mahindra Accelo, a high-end component manufacturer for mobility and energy, and automotive recycling, to advance their digitalization and decarbonization efforts.

Mahindra Accelo, a Tier-0.5 / 1 supplier for the automotive industry, will leverage Rockwell’s expertise to enhance operational efficiency and promote environmental stewardship by implementing cloud-based Plex manufacturing solutions to achieve real-time plant visibility, optimize production schedules, improve error-proofing, enhance quality, and streamline audits. Plex is a scalable solution that integrates seamlessly across the enterprise and provides a shorter timeline for implementation.

Dilip Sawhney, Managing Director, Rockwell Automation India, expressed pride in this partnership and said: "This partnership underscores Rockwell’s commitment to fostering sustainable business practices through innovative technologies.”

Sumit Issar, Managing Director, Mahindra Accelo said: "By embracing Rockwell’s cutting-edge cloud-based technologies, we aim to enhance our operational efficiencies and plan to leverage AI in near future."

Mahindra Accelo sought to adopt higher levels of automation across its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to digitize various functions across its five plants located at Chakan (two plants), Supa, Chennai, and Nashik, necessitating a shift towards innovative digital solutions.
