Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, has announced its collaboration with Vinmar International, a global distributor of plastics and chemicals, to revolutionize Vinmar’s supply chain operations through the power of AI and process intelligence. The announcement was made at Celosphere 2025, where the two companies showcased how Vinmar has transformed its $3 billion business unit’s Order-to-Cash (O2C) process into a fully automated and intelligent operation.

Previously, Vinmar’s O2C process relied heavily on manual coordination across multiple teams and platforms, often resulting in complex logistics challenges and unnecessary costs, including expediting more than 20 per cent of orders by default. By leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, Vinmar has integrated real-time process data across its core systems—ERP, logistics, and banking—to create a living digital twin of its global supply chain operations.

This digital replica enables Vinmar to orchestrate people, systems, and AI seamlessly, automating workflows, proactively identifying at-risk orders, and significantly reducing email communication and manual handoffs.
