Zuari Management Services Limited (ZMSL), the business transformation and consulting arm of Adventz, has been awarded a mandate to lead the digital transformation of one of India’s largest manufacturing facilities in the chemicals and fertilizers sector representing a revenue base of over Rs. 13,000 crore.

As part of this high-impact engagement, ZMSL will architect and implement advanced Business Intelligence Cockpits to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making across production, utilities, and operational ecosystems. The initiative is poised to unlock enterprise-wide visibility, enhance process agility, and deliver actionable solutions at scale.

The project will unfold in two phases. In Phase 1, ZMSL will undertake a comprehensive diagnostic study of mission-critical production units. During Phase 2, ZMSL will implement an 8-month roadmap featuring cloud/on-prem integration, ERP connectivity, and cutting-edge BI frameworks.
