Exide Energy Solutions inks energy supply agreement with Clean Max Beta

The promoter shareholder of SPV towards subscription of not less than 26% paid-up equity share capital

Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL), a material wholly owned subsidiary of Exide Industries Limited, has entered into an energy supply agreement with Clean Max Beta Private Limited under which the SPV company will develop and supply solar power of17 MWp to EESL in Karnataka under the captive user policy.

EESL has also entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on 14th October 2024 with the SPV and Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Ltd., the promoter shareholder of SPV towards subscription of not less than 26% paid-up equity share capital of the SPV with a total investment of Rs. 5.95 crore.
