Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) recently held its Annual Marketing Meet 2026 in Gangtok, bringing together leadership and teams for a focused session on strategy, alignment, and future growth under the theme “Elevate. Expand. Responsibly.”

The three-day gathering combined strategic deliberations with reflection and team engagement, positioning the meet as a blend of direction-setting and organisational renewal. The programme opened with a welcome to Managing Director Siba Prasad Mohanty and participants, setting a tone of purpose and collaboration.

The inaugural session on Work Ethics & Values reinforced the organisation’s emphasis on integrity, accountability, and responsible growth in a rapidly evolving business environment. Leaders underlined that sustained performance must be rooted in strong values.

Beyond formal sessions, the meet also focused on team cohesion. An evening programme featuring music and informal interaction helped strengthen interpersonal bonds, highlighting the human side of organisational alignment.

The second day began with a meditation session in Gangtok’s calm setting, giving participants space for reflection and clarity before moving into intensive business discussions. The exercise set the stage for sharper focus and renewed intent.

In the leadership address, Mohanty urged teams to lead with responsibility, think beyond immediate targets, and view every milestone as a stepping stone toward larger goals. He stressed that every milestone is not a destination, but a launchpad towards the next summit.

The Chief Financial Officer presented a structured, forward-looking financial roadmap aimed at reinforcing resilience and driving sustainable growth. Senior vice presidents and other leaders contributed insights that further aligned organisational priorities and sharpened execution focus.

The discussions culminated in what participants described as strong strategic alignment and renewed momentum across teams.

A key highlight of the event was the Awards Ceremony, which recognised individuals and teams for outstanding performance and consistent contribution. The honours reflected sustained effort, teamwork, and a culture of excellence, drawing strong appreciation from attendees.

The meet closed on a more informal note, with an evening of conversations and camaraderie that reinforced internal bonds and organisational unity. Leaders emphasised that such shared moments remain central to sustaining long-term performance.

HURL described the Annual Marketing Meet 2026 as a reaffirmation of its commitment to responsible growth, collective excellence, and future readiness.
