Subhabrata Ghosh, Chief Financial Officer, Linde India Limited has tendered his resignation to pursue a career opportunity outside the company. 
 
The last working day of Subhabrata will be 16 October 2020 and accordingly, he will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from the close of business hours on 16 October 2020.
 
The appointment of the new Chief Financial Officer to succeed Subhabrata Ghosh will be considered by the Board of Directors at its next meeting to be held in the month of November 2020.
