Global industrial gas and engineering major Linde has announced it will construct, own, and operate a new facility to supply industrial gases in Garysburg, North Carolina.
The new air separation unit (ASU) will produce liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon for regional customers. Acquisition of land and equipment for the site is already underway, with the plant slated to begin operations by the end of 2028.
“We are experiencing incredible growth across multiple end markets in the area,” said Todd Lawson, Vice President East Region, Linde. “This investment will add to our already robust production and supply network, to meet the current and future industrial gas needs of customers in the region.”
