ADAMA Q2 2025 net loss narrowed to $32 million

First year-over-year quarterly sales growth since Q3 2022

Adama Ltd., a leading global crop protection company, announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2025, ended June 30, 2025.

For the first time since the third quarter of 2022, ADAMA delivered year-over-year sales growth, supported by higher volumes, improved margins, and a return to profitability on an adjusted net income basis.

During Q2 2025, Adama reported sales up 5 per cent (6 per cent in RMB) to $1,092 million, driven by 8 per cent volume growth, more than offsetting a 3 per cent price decrease. Adjusted gross profit rose 18 per cent to $318 million, with gross margin improving to 29.1 per cent (from 25.8per cent in Q2 2024), reflecting cost efficiencies and higher volumes. Adjusted EBITDA increased 25 per cen to $150 million, with EBITDA margin expanding to 13.7per cent (vs. 11.5 per cent last year).

Adjusted net income turned positive at $6 million, compared to a loss of $61 million in Q2 2024. Reported net loss narrowed by $62 million to $32 million, compared to $94 million last year.
