Aether Industries Limited has successfully acquired one strategic plot through an auction conducted by the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC). The industrial plot is located at Plot No. 13, GIDC Industrial Estate, Panoli, Bharuch District, Gujarat. The area of the plot is 15 acres (60,000 square meters) and the industrial plot is adjacent to the company's manufacturing Facility - 5 (Plot No. 14+15, GIDC Industrial Estate) and will serve as the cornerstone for future expansions.

It will enable the company to address growing customer inquiries for Contract Exclusive Manufacturing (CEM) and building additional capacities for Large-Scale Manufacturing (LSM) business, supporting new products developed in-house.

These expansions will leverage ongoing research and development at manufacturing facility - 1 (R&D and Pilot Plant), catering to both proprietary products and collaborations with global innovators under our CRAMS model.

The acquisition of these plots reflects our commitment to scaling operations, enhancing infrastructure, and aligning with the Company's vision for sustainable growth. These investments position us to meet increasing customer demands and reinforce our leadership in innovation-driven manufacturing.
