The Board of Directors of Ami Organics Limited has at its meeting held today i.e. April 16, 2025, approved the change in the name of the company from Ami Organics Limited to Acutaas Chemicals Limited, and the consequential alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give effect to the same.

This change is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other statutory and regulatory authorities, as may be required.
