Bodal Chemicals Q4 FY25 standalone PAT up by 115%

EBITDA is Rs. 52 crore (up 31%) and total revenue is Rs. 448 crore (up 13%) in Q4 FY2025

Bodal Chemicals Ltd. (Bodal), India's leading chemical company, announced its result for the 4th quarter & for the year ended on 31st March, 2025.

Bodal has achieved standalone Q4 FY25, total revenue of Rs. 448 crore, which shows growth by 13 % YoY basis. It has reported EBITDA of Rs. 52 crore, with growth of 31% and PAT of Rs 11.58 crore, with growth of 115% YoY basis.

Bodal has achieved a standalone FY25, total revenue of Rs.1733 crore, which shows growth by 24% YoY basis. It has reported EBITDA of Rs. 176 crore, with growth of 42 % and PAT of Rs 19.58 crore, with growth of 153% YoY basis.

The company achieved strong earnings and revenue in FY2025, due to improved volumes and revenue across the divisions. Specifically, Dyes intermediates & Caustic soda have performed well in volumes and margins.

Commenting on the quarterly results, Ankit S. Patel, Executive Director of Bodal said, “We are excited to share our strong performance for another sequential quarter and for the year, overall business has performed well, driven by volume and margin from existing product portfolio.  In Saykha’s   the Benzene downstream products division, company has started normal production, however, due to stiff competition and slower demand, margin are under pressure.  In the near future, we expect, this plant will enhance our top line and bottom-line of the company. We are focusing on higher capacity utilization and product diversification for mid to long term growth.”
