Aether Speciality Chemicals commences commercial production

Aether Speciality Chemicals Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Aether Industries Limited, has commenced the commercial operation through production at Site 4 on March 29, 2024. Site 4 is the Greenfield site at GIDC Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat, Gujarat, India.

Currently, the site will contribute to oil and gas industry and then expand further into other segments in the near future.

NACL Agri-Solutions, NACL Multichem commence commercial production

NACL Agri-Solutions Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NACL Industries Limited has commenced its commercial production at its manufacturing plant situated at Anthireddy guda, Kothuru, Nandigam, Rangareddy, Telangana, on March 29, 2024.

NACL Multichem Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NACL Industries Limited has commenced its commercial production at its manufacturing plant situated at Kesavadasupuram, Ponduru Mandal, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh on March 30, 2024. The aforesaid Wholly Owned Subsidiaries will be eligible for a concessional income tax rate of 15% till perpetuity.

Poddar Pigments commissions 3 MWp solar power plant for captive use

Poddar Pigments Limited has successfully commissioned the Solar Power Plant of 3 MWp (3000 KWp) on 28th March, 2024 at Village - Jhinjhinyali, Tehsil - Fatehgarh, District - Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, to generate the electricity for its Captive Consumption, as per Connectivity Report received from the Office of Executive Engineer (M&P) Jodhpur Discom (Jaisalmer) on 29th March, 2024.
