Balaji Amines Limited has informed that the 6 MW AC solar power plant commissioned on 2nd April, 2025 and the same will be operational in phased manner under grid connectivity. The 6 MW AC solar power plant will generate power to be utilized for captive consumption under open access as per regulations.

DCW has commissioned two renewable power plant(s) in Tamil Nadu having a combined captive capacity of 44.5 MWp under Captive Power Scheme. The company had entered in to Power Purchase Agreements with Kaze Renewables Private Limited and Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement with Kaze Renewables Private Limited and Cleantech Solar India OA 2 Pte. Ltd. to establish two renewable power plant(s) in Tamil Nadu in November 2023, December 2023 and January 2024.

Astral Limited has been granted a certificate from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride (OPVC) pipes used for water supply with the Indian Standard IS 16647:2017. This BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate for company's OPVC (Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride) products which enhance our reach and increase our revenue in coming times.

Dhampur Bio Organics

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Bio Organics Limited at its meeting held on April 2, 2025, has approved the change of name of the company from Dhampur Bio Organics Limited to Divija Bio Organics Limited. This is subject to the approval of shareholders. The name Dhampur Bio Organics Limited wherever it appears in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company be substituted by the name Divija Bio Organics Limited.

The board of directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited at their meeting held on April 3, 2025 has accorded in-principle approval for Unsecured Inter-corporate Loan upto Rs. 200 crore to Talcher Fertilizers Limited, a joint venture company subject to no objection certificate from State Bank of India (lead banker to the project) to Talcher Fertilizers Limited.
