Dhunseri Poly Films lays foundation stone for BOPP plant

Dhunseri Ventures Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited's (DPFPL) BOPP Plants Foundation Stone was laid by His Excellency, Lieutenant Governor of J&K at Kathua, Jammu on 8th June, 2025. Function was attended by various Govt. officials, Bankers, major suppliers and customers besides local people. This marks a pivotal milestone in the subsidiary's ongoing efforts to expand its manufacturing footprint.

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure receives approval for stake sale of Kesar Multimodal Logistics

Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited has received approval from Madhya Pradesh Government for 100% transfer of shares held by the Company in its Wholly owned Subsidiary i.e., Kesar Multimodal Logistics Limited in favor of DP World Multimodal Logistics. The consummation of the above transaction is further subject to the terms and conditions of Share Subscription & Share purchase Agreement (SSPA) dated 11.09.2023, wherein certain conditions precedent are to be complied and certain approvals are required.
