Fine Organic Industries Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary  company named 'Fine Organic Industries (SEZ) Private Limited' in India. The new subsidiary is incorporated in India for the purpose of carrying on the business of manufacturing Specialty Chemical products.

The company has reported total income of Rs. 666.19 crores during the period ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs. 711.80 crores during the period ended June 30, 2023.
