IndianOil to install 4,000 EV chargers at investment of Rs. 919.78 crore

The Board of IndianOil at its meeting held on 1st December 2023 has accorded approval for the procurement and installation of 4,000 fast Electric Vehicle chargers at an estimated capital investment of Rs. 919.78 crore.

Panpit refinery expansion cost revised

The Board also approved the revision in cost of the project for capacity expansion of Panipat Refinery (from 15 to 25 MMTPA) from Rs. 32,946 crore to Rs. 36,225 crore and revision in completion schedule of the project from September 2024 to December 2025.

BASF announces differentiated Steering Implementation globally

BASF will globally implement a more differentiated approach for steering its businesses in line with the principles of empowerment, differentiation and simplification. The global Agricultural Solutions business will also be part of this differentiated steering approach.

BASF is currently in the early stages of implementing its differentiated steering concept, and the impact on BASF India Limited is still being assessed.

EP Biocomposites wins Rs. 72 lakhs order from ONGC

EP Biocomposites Limited has received an order for design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewage treatment plant of 100 KLD capacity (MBR based) including civil and electrification work with all necessary utilities from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited.

The order value is Rs. 72.27 lakhs. The order represents around 10% of the entire turnover from the previous financial year 2022-23 and is proposed to be completed within financial year 2023-24.
