National Peroxide is now Naperol Investments

As provided in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst National Peroxide Limited and Naperol Investments Limited and NPL Chemicals Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per change application submitted by the company, the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has approved change of name of the Company to Naperol Investments Limited with effect from December 28, 2023.

Thermax Ltd has completed transfer of lease hold rights of vacant plot situated at MIDC Industrial Area Chinchwad, Pune - 411019 admeasuring 57482 sq. mtrs for a consideration of Rs. 135.66 Crs.

Shakti Pumps India receives 2nd work order under KUSUM-3 scheme

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited received 2nd work order under the KUSUM‐3 scheme from Haryana Renewable Energy Department (HAREDA) for 6,408 pumps. The total amount of the work order is for around Rs. 258 Crores (inclusive of GST). The order is for supply, Installation and commissioning of solar water pumping systems.
