NGL Fine-Chem has partly completed the expansion work at its plant S-18 and now the plant is partly operational

NGL Fine-Chem 

NGL Fine-Chem has partly completed the expansion work at its plant S-18 and now the plant is partly operational from March 11, 2025. The company has further informed that MPCB approvals and all other approvals are obtained and the pilot batch production has started. 

Asahi India Glass 

Asahi India Glass Limited is pleased to inform that the company has commenced commercial operations of its Float Glass facility located at Soniyana, Rajasthan on 25th March, 2025. 

JSW Energy 

JSW Energy Limited has hereby informed that the conditions precedent under the Definitive Agreements have been fulfilled including receipt of approval from Competition Commission of India (CCI) by JSW Neo Energy Limited for the acquisition of O2 Power Midco Holdings Pte. Limited and O2 Energy SG Pte. Limited, along with their subsidiaries.

Waaree Energies Limited will be inaugurating its 5.4 GW state-of-the-art Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant at Chikhli, Navsari, Gujarat on 29th March 2025.
