Accident at Kakkanad Factory of Nitta Gelatin India

There has been an accident on Sept 19, 2023 at Nitta Gelatin India Limited's Kakkanad factory, consequent to an explosion near the scrap yard. One of the contract workers succumbed to the injuries while four workers have been taken to the hospital and are under treatment.
