Primo Chemicals commences commercial production of caustic soda flakes

Primo Chemicals Ltd has commenced the commercial production of Caustic Soda Flakes, at Naya Nangal, Punjab, with an installed capacity of 66,000 Ton PerAnnum (TPA) on November 30.

Ion Exchange India gets favorable verdict in arbitration claim filed against it by Ethigen

Ethigen had filed an Arbitration claim of approx. Rs. 149.56 crores for damages against Ion Exchange (India) at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) alleging the wrongful termination and breach of terms of the agreement by Ion Exchange (India) Limited. The ICC tribunal has delivered the Arbitration Award. As per the award order copy received by the company, the ICC tribunal has rejected Ethingen's claim for damages against the Company and has also rejected all other claims and requests of the parties.

Ganesh Benzoplast to issue shares to promoter entity, Malabar India Fund

The Board of Directors of Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd have considered, deliberated, discussed and approved, the raising of funds Non-Promoter Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) by way of fresh issue of 17, 00,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 160/- per share (including premium of Rs. 159/- per share aggregating to Rs. 27. 20 crore on Preferential Allotment basis to Malabar India Fund Limited.

The board also approved raising of funds from promoter group entity by way of fresh issue of 1, 80,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 175/- per share (including premium of Rs. 174/- per share aggregating to Rs. 3.15 crore on Preferential Allotment basis to Susram Financial Services and Realty Private Limited.

Waaree Renewable Technologies receives LOI for 4.27 MW EPC order

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for solar power project of 4.27 MW DC capacity on turnkey basis. The projects are scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2024-25, in various tranches as per the terms of the order.
