Valiant Organics directed to close operations of plant at GIDC Jhagadia

Valiant Organics Limited has received a communication from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) for company's manufacturing plant situated at Plot No: 918 & 919, GIDC Jhagadia, Bharuch, Gujarat directing closure of operations.

Valiant will submit pointwise compliance as well as justification and shall be submitting all the relevant documents for revocation direction at the earliest.

Shakti Pumps India received 3rd work order under KUSUM-3 scheme from HAREDA

Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received 3rd work order under the KUSUM‐3 scheme from Haryana Renewable Energy Department (HAREDA) for 2,443 pumps. The total amount of the work order is for around Rs. 84.30 Crores (inclusive of GST). The order is for supply, Installation and commissioning of solar water pumping systems.

Zuari Industries to sell land for approx. Rs. 83.45 Cr

Zuari Industries Limited has executed sale deed with Zuari Infinity Private Limited, an unrelated party, for sale of certain land parcels of the Company aggregating to 2,25,539 sq. mtrs. situated at Village Sancoale, Taluka Mormugao, Distt. South Goa, State of Goa. The company has received total consideration of Rs. 83,44,94,300/- towards the sale of above said land parcels.
