Vishnu Chemicals commences commercial production of Precipitated Barium Sulphate and Sodium Sulphide

Vishnu Chemicals Limited has announced the successful completion of trials of Precipitated Barium Sulphate (Blanc Fixe) and Sodium Sulphide. The facility has commenced production at the Srikalahasti unit of company's wholly owned subsidiary Vishnu Barium Private Limited.

Siemens Limited has completed the acquisition of Electric Vehicle division of Mass-Tech Controls Private Limited in accordance with the definitive agreements entered between the parties for a consideration of Rs. 38 crore which is subject to adjustments mutually agreed between the parties to the transaction.
