DCM Shriram’s Chemicals business has received the OHSSAI ESG Award during the 8^th Annual HSE Excellence and ESG Global Awards ceremony. The ceremony was organised by OHSSAI foundation in February 2024 in Hyderabad.

DCM Shriram bagged this award under the large scale manufacturing category. This was a result of various environmental and societal interventions by the organization in the field of Renewable Energy, Water savings, reduction in coal consumption, increasing usage of Biomass, closing on observations of Energy audits, Tree plantation drives and Medical Support to nearby communities through mobile medical units (MMU).

This award again underscores the group’s commitment to preserving the environment and serving the communities around.
