Enviro Infra posts robust Q3 and 9-Month FY26 results, strong growth across revenue, EBITDA & PAT

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, a leading player in water and wastewater infrastructure, reported strong consolidated results for Q3 and the nine months ended December 31, 2025, highlighting continued operational strength and a healthy order book.

Financial Highlights (Consolidated, Rs. Million):

Q3 FY26: Revenue Rs. 2,500 (+1.0% YoY), EBITDA Rs. 677 (+25.6% YoY, margin 27.1%), PAT Rs. 421 (+14.7% YoY, margin 16.3%)

9MFY26: Revenue Rs. 7,183 (+7.9% YoY), EBITDA Rs. 1,969 (+22.4% YoY, margin 27.4%), PAT Rs. 1,341 (+30.1% YoY, margin 17.9%)

For the quarter, revenue growth was driven by steady project execution, while EBITDA margins improved by 530 bps due to operational efficiencies and a focus on wastewater treatment projects. For the nine-month period, robust execution of a strong order book supported double-digit growth in EBITDA and PAT.

Commenting on the performance, Sanjay Jain, Chairman of Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, said: "The Company’s performance has been in line with expectations in the third quarter – demonstrating resilience in an overall sluggish market."

"In Q3 FY26, our revenue increased 1.0% year-on-year to Rs. 2,500 million, while EBITDA and PAT grew 25.6% and 14.7% year-on-year to Rs. 677 million and Rs. 421 million, respectively. The rise in top line reflects continuous execution of order book, while we were able to improve margins levels based on operational efficiency and financial discipline.

"Our order book remains healthy at Rs. 30,926 million providing strong revenue visibility. Our focus continues to be on delivering high-quality projects with operational efficiency. Recently, we successfully completed a 50 MLD STP project, on IFAS, where we integrated a Solar plant and Bio-Gas facility to convert methane generated from waste sludge into electricity for plant operations, reinforcing our commitment to the circular economy.

"We also completed a Sewerage Scheme at Jodhpur ahead of time, reinforcing our commitment to timely completion of projects. Additionally, projects at an advanced stage of completion include the 55 MLD STP at Varanasi, the 80 MLD STP at Jaipur, and the 25 MLD CETP at Sarigam."

Enviro Infra’s order book as of December 31, 2025, stands at Rs. 19,034 million for water and wastewater plant execution, Rs. 9,331 million for O&M contracts, and Rs. 2,561 million in renewable energy projects, highlighting strong revenue visibility across sectors.
