PG Electroplast Limited informed that on October 17, 2023 at around 02:00 AM, fire occurred at one of our warehouse in Raipur Industrial Area, Bhagwanpur, Roorkee, Uttarakhand – 247667.

The fire has been extinguished with the help of fire department. There are no human injuries or casualties. The company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages to the stock which was kept at the warehouse.

As per our preliminary assessment, this unfortunate incident does not have any material bearing on the overall operations/performance of the company. However, we are in the process of appraising the actual impact, the company said a stock exchange filing.

There is adequate insurance coverage for the stock and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made.
