PG Electroplast has informed that a fire incident occurred at its one warehouse situated at E-31, Site-B, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Surajpur, Greater Noida on March 08, 2024 at around 10:00 AM.

The fire was extinguished with the help of fire department. There are no human injuries or casualties. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages to the stock which was kept at the warehouse.

As per the preliminary assessment, this unfortunate incident does not have any material bearing on the overall operations/performance of the company. However, the company is in the process of appraising the actual impact.

There is adequate insurance coverage for the stock and intimation to the Insurance Company has already been made.
