                  GAIL (India) Limited has reported consolidated financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.
The company has posted net profit of Rs. 1,972.40 crore for the period ended September 30, 2025 as against net profit as against net profit of Rs.2,693.55 crore for the period ended September 30, 2024, reflecting a YoY decline of 27 percent.
However, total income in Q2 FY26 increased by 5 per cent at Rs. 35,893.77 crore during the period ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs.34,258 crores during the period ended September 30, 2024.
For the Half Year ended September 30, 2025, Gail (India) has reported total income of Rs. 71,466.72 crore as compared to Rs. 69,300.44 crores during the 6 months period ended September 30, 2024.
The company has posted net profit of Rs. 4,341.61 crore for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2025 as against net profit of Rs. 5,876.48 crore for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2024.
The Natural Gas transmission volume stood at 123.59 MMSCMD in Q2 FY-26 and Gas marketing volume was 105.49 MMSCMD in Q2 FY26. The LHC & Polymer sale stood at 223 TMT & 209 TMT respectively in Q2 FY26 as compared to 198 TMT & 177 TMT respectively in Q1 FY26.
GAIL’s C&MD Sandeep Kumar Gupta mentioned that GAIL’s Srikakulum Angul i.e. SAPL Pipeline has been dedicated to the nation by Prime Minister. He further informed that GAIL has got PNGRB’s authorization to lay Vijaipur-Bina Pipeline involving a capex of ~ Rs. 450 crore to be completed in 3 years duration.
The company has incurred a Capex of ~ Rs. 1,662 crore during the current quarter, mainly on Pipelines, Petrochemicals etc., taking cumulative capex upto H1 FY26 to Rs. 4,838 crore.
