Gurit is accelerating its US operations to meet rising demand in its subsea business, following a multi-year contract announced in September 2025 and a recent expansion in Australia.
The move comes as Corecell structural foam core continues to gain traction in the subsea industry, cementing Gurit’s status as a top supplier of high-performance materials. To support growing US demand, Gurit will expand its Dallas facility with a new building, set to be fully operational by Q3 2026.
Corecell, known for its proprietary SAN-based process, is celebrated for its reliability and unmatched performance in challenging engineering environments.
“Gurit has proven itself as a reliable supplier of performance core solutions, delivering the high quality of product and service the subsea sector requires. We are committed to maintaining these high standards and meeting the expectations of the US market.
"Our global footprint and network of dedicated technical experts enable us to expand quickly and efficiently, offering continuity to our customers and their projects,” said Lance Hill, General Manager Marine & Industrial, Gurit.
The expansion underscores Gurit’s strategy of leveraging its global network to stay ahead in demanding industrial markets.
