India Pesticides forms a new subsidiary

India Pesticides Limited holds 51% shares in Amona Specialities Private Limited

A new subsidiary of India Pesticides Limited was incorporated under the name Amona Specialities Private Limited on 4th January, 2024.

The new entity has an authorized capital of Rs. 1,00,00,000 and subscribed capital of Rs. 1,00,00,000.

The company has an asset-light business model whereby it will focus on identifying generic molecules preparing dossiers, seeking registrations, marketing and distributing formulations/technical through third-party distributors or its own salesforce.

India Pesticides Limited holds 51% shares in Amona Specialities Private Limited (ASPL). Accordingly, ASPL is a subsidiary company of India Pesticides Limited.

Amona Specialities Private Limited is a private company incorporated on 4th January 2024 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office in Uttar Pradesh. ASPL is a newly incorporated company on January 4, 2024 hence it has not yet commenced its operations and there is no history of turnover.
