Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited has received a letter Ref: NSE/LIST/189 dated 20th March 2025, from NSE for listing of its 2,09,68,147 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid up comprising the entire issued, subscribed and fully paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The equity shares of the company shall be listed and admitted to dealings on NSE with effect from March 24, 2025, under the Symbol "ISHANCH".
