KBR has once again been recognized for its exemplary safety performance by an industry leading body in the UK for the 15th consecutive year.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) awarded KBR’s Projects and Programmes business an Order of Distinction at the ceremony in London this week – a highly sought after recognition.

KBR’s outstanding achievement highlights the longstanding commitment we have in achieving excellence for health and safety. This is embodied in the company’s Zero Harm culture, which empowers colleagues and customers to adopt a safety-centric mindset and have the courage to care both within and outside the workplace.

Laura Holley, HSSE Director for KBR’s Government Solutions International business said, “I’m delighted that KBR has received this acknowledgement and to have the opportunity to celebrate our team of teams today.

“It’s testament to the dedication and commitment to Zero Harm 24/7 from the entire team, and our journey would not be possible without our motivation towards driving Safety Energy and commitment to Courage to Care.”

Since 1916 the UK based charity RoSPA has been a lead health and safety campaigner on the prevention of avoidable accidents in the workplace, home, and leisure.

The awards were established in 1956 as an opportunity to not only benchmark safety performances but ensure organizations from around the world were continually raising standards to protect employees. Each year over 2,000 companies from around the world submit entries to be considered by a panel of judges.
